Tom is a construction and development leader with a background spanning project management, real estate development, and executive leadership, including senior roles within the tensile membrane industry, including Pfeifer-Fabritec. As Division President of Enclos Tensile Structures, he leads the organization’s strategic direction and growth.

Garry is an executive leader with nearly five decades of experience in the tensile membrane industry. Throughout his career, he’s worked in roles ranging from preconstruction to operations at firms specializing in lightweight roof, canopy and skylight systems. Prior to Enclos Tensile Structures, he held senior positions at Birdair, Graboplan USA, Fabritec Structures — where he served as President — and Pfeifer Structures. As Executive Vice President of ETS, Garry supports leadership across all facets of the business, driving operational excellence and advancing long-term, sustainable growth.

Bill is a mechanical engineer and operations leader with a background in project management, design, and construction, including leadership roles at Cannon Design and within the tensile membrane industry, including Pfeifer-Fabritec. As Executive Vice President of Enclos Tensile Structures, he oversees operations and project execution.

Jeff is an engineer, architect, and researcher focused on advanced building enclosure technologies. He leads Preconstruction for Enclos Tensile Structures, supporting ETFE, PTFE, and long-span cable systems across North America.
