Service & Lifecycle Support for Tensile Membrane Structures

Tensile membrane and cable structures are designed for longevity, but like any high-performance building system, they require ongoing care to perform at their best.

At Enclos Tensile Structures, service is not an afterthought. It’s a continuation of the same expertise that designs and builds these structures in the first place. Our team supports structures at every stage of their lifecycle, from routine inspections to complex repairs and full membrane replacements.

Our service team typically becomes involved as soon as a project is complete, helping owners understand how to maintain their structure and maximize its lifespan. From there, we stay connected. Whether ownership changes, facility needs evolve, or unexpected damage occurs, we remain a long-term partner in preserving the structure’s integrity, safety, and appearance.

A Practical, Problem-Solving Approach

No two service projects are the same. Structures age differently. Sites present unique access challenges. Facilities remain operational. And damage rarely occurs under ideal conditions.

Our team is built to respond to that reality, bringing technical expertise, field experience, and a problem-solving mindset to every project.

What We Support

  • Tensile membrane structures (PTFE, PVC, ETFE)
  • Cable-supported structures and facades
  • Shade structures, canopies, and enclosures
  • Structures installed by ETS or others

We are not limited to original installations. Our team regularly services structures regardless of who designed or built them.
