The importance of LEAD in our culture of learning.
Each employee will have a clear understanding of their role, responsibilities, and performance expectations. They will recognize the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required for success in their current position, and be informed of potential career path opportunities. Employees will also understand the development needed to progress in their career.
Supported by their manager, employees will identify targeted job knowledge, skills, and competencies for development as part of the goal-setting process.
Employees and managers will engage in regular check-ins and an annual pertormance review process to exchange clear, consistent guidance, feedback, and development recommendations. These conversations will align expectations, assess progress, support goal achievement, and identify growth opportunities to drive ongoing success and career advancement.
Employees will be developed through a combination of on-the-job experiences and role-specific curriculum, supported by online learning, coaching, and other targeted development opportunities to build the skills and competencies required for success.
