ETS was contracted for the design and construction of a tensioned PTFE membrane roof to cover grandstand seating at Mosaic Stadium, a 33,000-capacity multi-purpose facility, and the first phase of the Regina Revitalization Initiative. The stadium is expandable to 40,000 to accommodate large events.
