FabriTec Structures recently reached completion on the installation of a custom façade cladding system for a parking structure in Block D of the reimagined retail plaza known as Victory Park in downtown Dallas.
The transformation will include new retail, restaurant, entertainment and office spaces, enhanced sidewalks, storefronts, graphics and landscaping, and the redevelopment of park’s green space. Improvements to retail space and garage parking in Block D called for a textile façade cladding system to be applied to the structure’s second story.
Victory Park is undergoing a redevelopment to evolve the district into a welcoming, walkable, and soulful urban neighborhood. We have partnered with Trademark Property Co., a national leader in retail development, to reposition and complete the retail at Victory Park to include unique best-in-class local and national entertainment, dining and retail uses.
