Amphitheaters

Enclos Tensile Structures designs, engineers, and installs amphitheaters, or amphitheatres, which are open-air venues for musical and stage performances. The amphitheaters we build range from relatively simple local bandshells in public parks all the way to monumental, acoustically tuned performance spaces with covered seating.

Built in half the time and at around half the cost of a conventional building, our precision crafted lightweight structures give architects, city planners, and developers a great alternative to conventional construction. There are shapes, forms, and surfaces we can create with a lightweight architecture that cannot be replicated with any other method of construction. Lightweight structures are low maintenance, provide abundant natural light, and are sustainable.

Some amphitheaters we develop are commercial ventures by companies intending to use the venues for concerts or performances, while others are municipal projects where cities are interested in creating a location for public performances and gathering places in their community. Bandshells, bandstands, and amphitheaters have become increasingly popular among cities looking to develop their local economy with a venue for orchestras, bands, choirs, theatrical performances, and other community events like fairs.
