Pfeifer Group acquires FabriTec Structures

Something exciting has happen in the special structures industry. PFEIFER Seil- und Hebetechnik GmbH, with its business unit, Cable Structures, has acquired an ownership interest in FabriTec Structures and its sister company, Guard-All Building Solutions, who provide wide-span, frame-supported, fabric buildings. The new team will have 1,400 employees in 20 locations across the world. This partnership will also make them the first one stop shop for all cable and tensile membrane structure industry.
