Facade Mesh

Never rusts

Tensile facade fabrics are coated with PVDF and PTFE topcoats that perform exceptionally well in exterior environments and against UV.  Fabrics will never corrode like a metal wire mesh and have life expectancies from 20 to 40 years.

Economical

Turnkey tensile façade systems, on average, cost 50% less than metal wire mesh or perforated metal solutions.  With metallic fabric colors, the same look as metal can be achieved without the cost.

Open Garage Compliant

With fabrics ranging from 3% to 70% open, the tensile fabric façade will comply with open garage code standards and avoid the requirements of a mechanical ventilation system.  This will save on upfront costs as well as long term electric costs to run the fans.

Lightweight

Fabrics are approximately 1% of the weight of metal screens.  This reduces the reaction loads on the building and minimizes the structural support requirements.

Printable surface

Graphics can be printed on fabric for an economical solution for branding, custom designs, or even fulfilling public art requirements.
