Two air-supported ETFE cushions, spanning 210 feet wide by 864 feet in length, form a curved canopy system supported by contemporary steel frames at the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. To see current updates of news and photos, visit the project on our construction page.
The renovation is apart of the “ATL Next” plan. ATL Next is the $6 billion capital expansion plan to be completed over the course of 20 years. Mayor Kasim Reed announced at the Georgia World Congress Center that the investment would ensure Atlanta has a, “21st century airport for the 21st century city”.
